- European standard 14-day full refund policy;

- Client is responsible for the costs of the return shipment;

- Item has to be in a perfect and pristine condition (accompanied by photos) before refunding. Once the product is received, it will be inspected. Should it be in perfect condition, the money will be fully reimbursed;

- All custom-designed pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
